Effie is the smallest and shyest of her siblings and looks to them for guidance when interacting with her foster. Effie is still learning to enjoy pets and is happiest running around and playing with her siblings. She would love to be adopted with one of them. She is startled by fast movements and loud noises and is best suited to a quiet and calm home that is adult-only or with older children with previous cat experience.
